Shipping policy

Delivery methods We deliver orders via shipping services available in the Czech Republic. International shipping will be launched soon.

Processing time Orders received on business days by 12:00 PM are processed the same day. Other orders are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time Standard delivery within the Czech Republic: 10–15 business days.

Delivery costs The shipping cost is displayed at checkout and depends on the selected delivery method.

Shipment tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Damaged or lost shipments Please contact us immediately in the event of a damaged or lost shipment. We will resolve the situation on an individual basis.
