Terms of service

1. General Provisions: These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the wearvexor.com online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the buyer regarding the purchase of goods through this store.

2. Order and Contract Conclusion: The purchase contract is concluded upon the submission of an order by the buyer and its confirmation by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of stock depletion or an obvious pricing error.

3. Prices and Payment: All prices include VAT. Accepted payment methods: payment card, PayPal, cash on delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery: Goods are currently delivered within the Czech Republic. International shipping will be available soon. The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract: The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

6. Claims: Claims are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. (Consumer Protection Act). The warranty period is 24 months. Please submit claims via email to the contact address listed in the Contact section.

7. Personal Data Protection: The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy available at wearvexor.com. 8. Out-of-court dispute resolution In the event of a dispute, the consumer has the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) as the entity responsible for out-of-court dispute resolution.

9. Final provisions These terms and conditions are valid from May 2, 2026. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.
